David Collings
David Collings, owner and lead instructor, brings years of personal experience as a scholarship baseball player at Andrew College and the University of West Georgia — where he also earned his MBA. David grew up playing with some of the best traveling teams in the state of Georgia as well as the award-winning East Cobb teams. Over the past ten years, he has built quality relationships with pitchers and hitters throughout the West Georgia region by giving personal training tips and lessons. David managed Next Level Sports Center in Carrollton, GA (now 5-Tool Carrollton), and also was an instructor at Chipper Jones’ 10th Inning Baseball Academy in Suwanee, GA prior to coming to Douglasville. He and his staff are committed to providing first-class customer service and game-changing techniques to improve the development of all athletes.  David is also a college scout for the National Scouting Report.
Heather Collings
Heather Collings comes to 5-Tool after working several years in college FInancial Aid offices.  Heather handles the processing of team payments, coordinates fundraisers, and is responsible for our 5-Tool retail offerings.  Heather will usually be seen at the front desk, along with their dog, Wrigley!

Hitting and Fielding Instructor
 David is an Alexander HS graduate who played college baseball at Middle Georgia College and Georgia Perimeter College.  David has tremendous knowledge of the game and a passion for sharing it with players.  David works with Hitters, Pitchers, Catchers, and Fielders. David is the Head Coach of our 15u Team.

Todd Pratt
Catching/Hitting Instructor
Todd spent 22 years playing professionally, including 14 years at the Major League level with the Philadelphia Phillies, Chicago Cubs, New York Mets, and Atlanta Braves. Todd is currently the manager of the Greensboro Grasshoppers, Class A affiliate of the Miami Marlins.  Todd runs our annual MLB Style Catching Combine.
Cam Eison
Coach//Hitting and Fielding Instructor
Cameron is a 2011 graduate from Central-Carrollton High School, where he was a three year letterman in baseball. He started as a middle infielder but became a catcher his senior year. He played four years in the East Cobb Baseball program for the East Cobb Patriots, Astros and Braves. He played his freshman year of college baseball at LaGrange College then transferred to the University of West Georgia where he played his sophomore year and received a medical redshirt his junior year. He spent the next two years at Reinhardt University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. While he was there he called the first perfect game in school history. During his college summers he played in the Sunbelt Collegiate Baseball League for the Alpharetta (Windward) Braves and then the East Cobb Patriots. He is currently in Sales working for MBCI in Lithia Springs, GA. .
Terry McClure
Terry is a 2013 graduate of Riverwood HS, where he was a Rawlings All-American, as well as an Under Armour All-American.  Terry committed to play college baseball at Georgia Tech, but was selected in the 8th Round of the 2013 MLB Draft by the Colorado Rockies.  Terry has played 5 seasons of professional baseball.  Terry is available to work with hitters and fielders.  Terryis currently playing professional baseball, and is available seasonally.
Marvin Freeman
Pitching Instructor
Marvin pitched 10 years at the Major League level from 1986 to 1996. Marvin was a 2nd Round draft pick by the Philadelphia Phillies in 1984.  Marvin pitched for the Phillies, Atlanta Braves, Colorado Rockies, and Chicago White Sox.  Marvin is available to work with pitchers. 
Cullen Coulter
Summer Camp Director/Instructor/Team Coach
Cullen is a Douglas County HS graduate who played college ball at West Georgia Technical College, and at Albany State University. Cullen has been with 5-Tool as a camp worker each summer since 2012, and is currently assisting with our 15u team. Cullen is available to work with Pitchers, Hitters, and Fielders in Douglasville.
William Brown
Coach Brown graduated from Carbondale High School(Illinois) in 2007 where he earned All-Conference/All-Region, then was a baseball player at Shawnee Community College. After playing at Shawnee he moved on to the four year institution Mid Continent University where he was a scholar athlete and earned his bachelor degree.  Coach Brown was the assistant/hitting coach at Shawnee CC for the past two seasons and is now the Head baseball coach at Therrell High School in Atlanta. William coaches our 15u team.
Randolph Gassaway
 Randolph is a 2013 graduate of Riverwood HS, where he was selected in the 16th Round of the MLB Draft by the Baltimore Orioles.  Randolph has played 5 seasons of professional baseball.  Randolph is available to work with Hitters and Fielders.
Walker Borneman
Instructor/Team Coach
Walker comes to 5-Tool after finishing his career at the University of West Georgia.  Walker previously played at Shorter University, and Harris County HS.  Walker is available for Hitting, Fielding, Pitching, and Catching lessons.  Walker is the Head Coach of our 13u Team.
Nikki Sagermann
Softball Instructor
Nikki played professionally in the NPF for the USSSA Pride after a successful college career at the University of Kentucky.  Nikki has made the transition into coaching, spending a year as an assistant coach at UK, and is currently an Assistant Coach at the University of West Georgia.  Nikki is available for clinics with hitters, fielders, and youth pitchers.
Hayley Sims
Softball Hitting/Fielding Instructor
Hayley is a current member of the Jacksonville State softball team coached by Jana McGinnis in Jacksonville, Alabama. She graduated from Central High School in Carrollton, where she was the varsity first baseman for four consecutive years. She was named All Area and All Region MVP in 2013. During her freshman season at Jacksonville State, Hayley played first base the majority of the season. The Gamecocks won the Ohio Valley Conference Championship and made an appearance at the NCAA Auburn Regional. Hayley looks forward to spreading her love for the game by teaching the fundamentals of hitting, fielding, and speed and agility to up and coming athletes. Hayley will be available during college breaks!
